Rasa Sayang processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) flat rate charges RM 7 & free postage for item RM 100 and above.

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on Pos Malaysia’s official website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges will not be processed until your returned item has been checked into our physical store.
We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher.
Other conditions for returns & exchanges:
1) Item must be in original condition
2) Price tag is still attached
3) Item is unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition
4) Sale item and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cash refunds are not available. Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within (14) days of receipt.
